Ranging from a minimum of 3 months to a maximum of 2 years for purchase, refurbishment, planning gain and construction projects and from 5 to 15 years for domestic first and second mortgage repayment loans.
Loan To Value
Exposures up to 75% on residential property and to 65% on commercial and industrial property (using the lesser of the purchase price and valuation).
Loan Amounts
Loans are available from £10,000 to £2,500,000.

Interest Rates
Ranging from 1% - 1.5% p.m. dependent on credit status and assesed risk.
Facility Fees
From 1% - 1.5% of the loan and only upon completion. No up-front payment of arrangement or commitment fees required.
Legal & Valuation Fee
Estimates given on request based on details of the loan application received.
